Mark object for deletion pays back money instantly even if objects is not demolished

Description

You can build a bit of belt and use the bulldozer to try and delete some of it, especially when in a blue print. but if you just spam the delete, you get the belt cost back each time without deleting the belt or dispatching a contractor. Have to go in and select a belt, hold control and then click and drag to remove belts in some cases. Attached, please make the UI more responsive and I guess more sure when you select something. Like when selecting an aircraft parking spot and then choosing the grass, if you dont click the right spots, your selection is invalid and you end up trying to build nothing and its a pain to go back in and reselect everything. Have the Selection tool default to something maybe? Or dont allow the window to close unless you click out of it? Just some feed back there.
