Planning mode exploit can allow for tilable objects to be removed without deconstruction simulation

I encountered a bug that allows you to bulldoze structures without the need of contractors, using the building tools.

How to recreate:
1. Have a built structure somewhere (I used fences).
2. Enter "Planning mode" and then bulldoze the structure (it will turn red).
3. Enter "Build planned objects" mode and use it one the structure (it will turn blue).
4. Go back to regular building mode and bulldoze the structure, do this twice!
5. Structure will disappear without needing contractors.
