Terminals with unclaimed job tasks missing available staff will now spawn notification highlighting this issue

Hi guys,

Love the game however have noticed that staff are not claiming available jobs. For intsnace I would have 18 security officers and there would only be 6 jobs available and they wouldn't take those jobs.
