Delivery site cannot be placed if no delivery site is connected

I was building a new terminal and when I tried to move the loading site I accidentaly deleted the roads in front of it. I tried to place a new one but a message says that I can't place any new item without a connected loading site. So now I'm stuck, can't place a new site or roads to connect it.
